No tobacco:

3TREES is the first enterprise to establish a no-tobacco industrial park in the industry. In 2005, 3TREES issued a smoking ban 天堂色av. Those employees who quitted smoking successfully were rewarded RMB 500 in cash. Besides, we exhorted heavy smokers to quit smoking through trainings and interviews. There were only 10 smokers throughout 3TREES in 2008. In the special meeting on creation of non-smoking factories held in March 2008, 3TREES announced a comprehensive smoking ban system and it required implementing compulsory smoking cessation as of May 1, 2008 by which whoever smoked in the industrial park would be dismissed. On the World No-Tobacco Day on May 31, 2008, 3TREES issued the Dealer Smoking Cessation Plan and the Dealer Smoking Cessation Campaign was rolled out in an all-round way at the theme of eliminating smoking addiction to breathe fresh air every day and caring for health by drinking healthy tea every day. Through this campaign, 3TREES successfully helped many dealers to get rid of smoking addiction. As practiced to this day, 3TREES’ no-tobacco culture has been greatly recognized and become a deed praised far and wide in the industry.

 


No dust:

No dust: 3TREES practices “Paint S” management (tidying, reorganizing, clearing, cleanness, good manner, safety and smiling) in an all-round way. We implement all-dimensional cleanness control from office area, production area, logistics area to living area, ensuring each leaf is spotless clean. 3TREES makes heavy investment in environment maintenance and clean production every year in an effort to guarantee the best internal environment inside the industrial park and minimum impact on the surrounding environment.

Whoever has paid a visit to 3TREES knows that there are two lines of green fences and banyan groves on both sides of the entrance gate of 3TREES Ecological Industrial Park. Second, it reflects harmony and peace in the Chinese society at present. It also embodies the concept that as a part of the society, 3TREES does not separate itself from the outside world; but rather, it opens its boundaries and takes the initiative to get blended into the society.

Logo upgrading

3TREES’ logo design has inherited its consistent concept of ultimate health and has gone through three upgrades. In 2003, 3TREES’ logo featured combination of Chinese characters and English letters, i. e 天天色综合色. SKSHU + 3TREES Paint (in Chinese) to reflect its international concept. In 2009, 3TREES released its new logo. With the design of a leaf, this logo highlighted Chinese characters meaning 3TREES paint in entirety by weakening English letters “SKSHU”. Besides, it adopted the color scheme which combined green, red and white colors, showing that trees are growing in harmony with the environment. This logo conveyed explicit and clear information and was highly recognizable. In 2015, 3TREES’ logo was upgraded again. It had two independent versions, i. e. 3TREES in Chinese characters and English words. The Chinese character for “paint” was removed from the logo, which laid a foundation for our Group to tap into new fields. The entire design featured line movement that showed great vitality. Its color scheme continued the combination of green, red and white colors, in which green and red colors symbolized flowers blooming among green leaves. This logo demonstrated 3TREES's strong vitality and completed its complementarity with the environment and society. The three-color combination stood for harmony and unification among heaven, earth and man and followed the natural trend of “three producing all things and everlasting vitality”.

 


Standardization of visual identity (VI)

3TREES released its new visual identity (VI) system in 2017 色哟哟在线天堂www资阮. It bridged core brand visual identity and audience and made our brand fresher and vigorous. For VI, 3TREES implemented its systematic and standardized visual identity system by focusing on core brand elements, such as marks, standard characters and standard colors. It redesigned its brand slogan that healthy families live under “3TREES” and developed application norms in terms of office supplies, guiding signs, packaging identity, advertising and publicity norms, dressing norms and transportation system. The full-set VI system displayed a standard and healthy corporate image and improved corporate competitiveness externally; it enhanced employees’ senses of identity and belonging and strengthened corporate cohesion internally.

 


Evolution of packaging

3TREES has always adhered to the brand notion of healthiness, naturalness and greenness in terms of package design. Since 2003, 3TREES has continued the use of combined plant and home decoration graphics as its package design elements and this has become its unique design DNA. In 2016, 3TREES formulated new package norms. It introduced in unified header marks and signs. Furthermore, it standardized application criteria, such as package color scheme and auxiliary graphics, in conformity with its brand notion. This symbolized and standardized package design and product information and graphics. With this, packages become more serialized and international and had higher market competitiveness.

 


Evolution of exclusive stores

3TREES has launched three generations of decoration paint exclusive stores. They have inherited and continued 3TREES’ consistent brand notion by centering on the theme of health in entirety and adopting the color scheme highlighted by white and green. The first-generation decoration paint exclusive stores were created in 2013, which used white and green colors of 3TREES’ color scheme. The second-generation exclusive stores were launched in 2009, featuring orientation in product display in terms of internal layout. In 2016, the third-generation new exclusive stores added the sign of “Immediate Move-in One-stop Service”, implying the transformation from single product sale stores to service-oriented exclusive stores at 3TREES.


The third-generation decoration paint exclusive stores were created in cooperation with a top-notch design team from Germany through 18-month efforts. These stores add more effect display and experience props by following 3TREES’ main theme of healthiness, naturalness and greenness. Their overall layout and style are life-oriented, experience-based and international. Everything is the perfect combination of artistry and practicality, whether space layout, product combination, zoning, input-output ratio or customer experience or services. They lead the fashion trends of the industry and subvert the traditional look of coating exclusive stores in the industry.

3TREES has gradually built a complete and characteristic cultural system – 3TREES Ecological Culture System in its years of development process. In order to ingrain its common mission, vision, spirits and core values into the mind of each employee, 3TREES has created a series of culture communication media, including the book IMITATION OF NATURE, the periodical 3TREES, a we-media platform, OA and LED video conference on factory site. Besides, it has established a dedicated culture promotion team and set corporate culture training as a required part of new recruit training. 3TREES extends social insurances and housing provident fund that it provides to its employees to every aspect, including clothing, food, accommodation, transportation, weddings, funerals, learning and trainings. There are more than 30 registered benefits.

 

Free clothing, food, accommodation and transportation: tailored branded apparel; special supply poultry and livestock breeding bases, 20 mu (a Chinese measurement unit of area, 1 mu ≈ 666.67 square meters) ecological vegetable garden, healthy and ecological restaurant; starred-hotel apartment building; transportation supported by the “Family Service”. Employees can live well at 3TREES without spending a dime.


Lengthy paid leaves: In addition to state-specified statutory holidays, employees can also have a wide variety of leaves for several days to several months concurrently, such as home leave, marriage leave, funeral leave, maternity leave, etc. 3TREES even requires members of the management to take home leaves each month so that they can take good care of their families while accomplishing their work.

Each club has a president and secretary-general, holds activities in association with interests and hobbies on a regular basis and has dedicated management personnel. Mountain climbing culture

Those who are perseverant in climbing will ultimately reach the highest peak. 3TREES encourages employees to foster the inspiring spirit of “humanity triumphs over the highest summit” and the fighting spirit to climb over the two mountains of life and work. As required by 3TREES’ Mountain Climbing System, management members above the manager level are organized in a unified way to climb mountain collectively in the afternoon of every Saturday under the leadership of the chairman or executives. By sticking to the belief of enduring what others cannot endure and taking pressure which others cannot take, each management member of 3TREES must train himself/herself to conquer two mountains: one is factual Jiuhua Mountain by tempering oneself with high requirements in order to strengthen his/her fitness and foster a strong will; the other is the “mountain” at work; employees are required to keep learning and strive to improve their own professional expertise and attainment by challenging their limits with no fear for any difficulty and the courage to conquer so that they can leisurely climb over work submits one by one brought about by rapid development of our company. The Mountain Climbing System that we have long persisted in helps 3TREES people to keep a good physical and mental state.

 


Brisk walking culture

Life is perpetual movement. 3TREES has always upheld the movement-based health concept and take the initiative to foster the fitness habit of employees so that they love and get used to brisk walking. This has led to 3TREES's unique brisk walking culture.

 


In order to develop a healthy mindset and foster healthy personalities of all employees so that they can practice 3TREES's sustainable and healthy development with vigorous spirits and healthy bodies, 3TREES started to implement the Exercise Attendance System for its management as early as in 2008, which required the personnel above the manager level to persist in brisk walking on a daily basis. Thanks to the example set by the management members, a craze for brisk walking rose in 3TREES. A good seed was sowed for 3TREES’ brisk walking culture and it continued to take root and sprout in 3TREES's health culture. It has maintained high health vitality over the years. In 2017, 3TREES initiated the initiative of all-employee brisk walking, which required everyone to have brisk walk for no less than 7,000 paces every day and no less than 50,000 every week. 3TREES encourages employees to run and measure their lives with their footsteps at spare time. The company uses WeChat Sport pace calculator as the calculation tool and check with Wenjuanxing in addition to the Monthly Running Star. With continuous penetration of the brisk walking culture, brisk walking has become popular in the intoxicating industrial park.

 


Reading culture

3TREES subscribes periodicals and magazines and specialized books for departments every year. Management members are required to read and write and share book reports every month. Another highlight of 3TREES's reading culture is 3TREES's WeChat version of Daily Enlightenment. Starting from February 2009, 3TREES required all management members above the vice-departmental level to fully reflect on their management work, priority matters, learning enlightenment and existing problems on that day on a daily basis and post their thinking results to the office platform in the form of Enlightenment. Monthly Enlightenment results will be summarized and exchanged mutually among the management team at the end of month. Today, by taking advantage of the OA management platform, Enlightenment has become a compulsory course for management members to truly achieve daily progress and improvement.

 


Characteristic cultural activities

3TREES holds Corporate Culture Knowledge Contest, Lychee Culture Festival, May Fourth Youth Singing Competition, Grand Themed Cultural Gala and other healthy and cultural activities on a regular basis every year, in which our employees and dealers participate together. We hold birthday parties for those employees with birthdays in the same month on a monthly basis. For the marketing personnel who are unable to take part in these parties, 3TREES requires each regional organization to celebrate birthdays for them by organizing group activities. Besides, we also have many other characteristic cultural activities at 3TREES to help our people to maintain good physical and mental state.
